COVID-19 Travel Update
Adventure North Australia aims to provide a safe work environment and to promote the health and safety of all people performing work for ANA as well as our passengers. We consider vaccination against Covid-19 to be a key control measure to manage the risks of Covid-19 in our workplace. As such we are pleased to advise that all Adventure North Australia staff who have face to face interactions with guests, passengers and agents (such as Driver Guides and Sales Managers) will be vaccinated by 1st December 2021.
We are operating within the Queensland Tourism and Accommodation Industry approved COVID-Safe Plan (see here ) that stipulates all of the mandatory requirements for our industry. This plan works is in conjunction with current government regulations and health advice relating to COVID-19. These procedures may be updated as necessary to ensure current best practice standards and measures for COVID-19 risk mitigation. This includes establishing specific COVID-19 controls, such as safe work procedures and supplying current information for our staff as well as our passengers travelling with us.
As per current QLD Covid -Safe Plan we do not need to collect vaccination status from guests. Please bear in mind that this plan can change in keeping with QLD Government Regulations.
For information on restrictions for unvaccinated people when QLD reaches 80% vaccination please see here
