Poseidon is a 24 metre catamaran designed for personalised dive and snorkel adventures as you visit 3 different reef sites on the outer Great Barrier Reef at the stunning Agincourt ribbon reefs. This is a day well suited to experienced divers and confident snorkellers. Enjoy snorkelling in this marine wilderness, including a marine biologist guided snorkel tour. First time divers can try an introductory scuba dive and certified divers can enjoy up to 3 dives (additional cost). Poseidon also has a special permit allowing guests to swim with the dwarf minke whales if encountered.
Day 2 Experience an exclusive cultural journey from coast to Rainforest to experience natural beauty and ancient culture of the Kuku Yalanji people. Walk in the steps of the ancestors… From Cooya Beach to Mossman Gorge, experience the Daintree Rainforest through the eyes of the traditional owners.

Travel with your Adventure North Australia guide to Cooya Beach (Kuyu Kuyu), the traditional hunting ground of the Kuku Yalanji. A member of the Kubirri Warra clan will introduce you to their traditional fishing and gathering techniques as you explore this coastal habitat. Any catch of crabs, mussels and fish is cooked up to share with homemade damper on the balcony of the family home.
Continuing on to Mossman Gorge at the edge of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Daintree National Park, you are greeted with a traditional smoking ceremony conducted by Aboriginal people with specialised cultural knowledge to welcome people to their land. You will also have time to explore the gallery and its artworks from prominent and emerging local artists.
After lunch, wander into the lush rainforest, the traditional home of the Kuku Yalanji people. Experience one of the world's oldest and most beautiful rainforests with your Adventure North guide with an optional swim in Mossman Gorge before your day of adventure comes to an end and you are transferred to your accommodation.
